Explore MSD 10-15 inch DTH bits with N100, SD10, DHD1120, N125, SD12, and SD15 shanks in confirmed 254–610 mm diameters for configuration selection.
MSD supplies 10-15 inch DTH bits with N100, SD10, DHD1120, N125, SD12, and SD15 Bit Shank configurations. The current parameter range covers confirmed bit diameters from 254 to 610 mm. Available diameters, face designs, gauge-button arrangements, front-button arrangements, button shapes, spline counts, and weights vary according to the selected Shank and diameter. Final selection should therefore be based on the exact hammer model, required Bit Shank, target diameter, and drilling conditions rather than the nominal inch classification alone.

MSD supplies 10-15 inch DTH bits for medium- and large-diameter drilling configurations. The current parameter table includes N100, SD10, DHD1120, N125, SD12, and SD15 Bit Shank options, with confirmed bit diameters from 254 to 610 mm.
The 10-15 inch designation defines the product-page classification. The exact listed diameter, Bit Shank, face design, button configuration, and hammer requirements must be checked before a configuration is selected.
The current parameter range contains six Bit Shank groups:
N100 and SD10 — Available in 254, 275, 305, 325, 350, and 400 mm diameters.
DHD1120, N125, and SD12 — Available in 305, 311, 325, 350, 381, 400, 445, and 500 mm diameters.
SD15 — Available in 444, 508, 559, and 610 mm diameters.
Not every Shank is available in every diameter within the overall 254–610 mm range. The exact parameter row for the required Shank and diameter should be used as the selection reference.
Different Bit Shanks and diameters correspond to different drilling-system requirements. Selection should begin with the required bit diameter and finished hole diameter, followed by confirmation of the hammer model and corresponding Bit Shank.
Diameter alone does not establish compatibility. Two configurations with similar diameters may use different Shanks, button arrangements, spline counts, weights, or hammer systems. The drill rig, drill string, drilling application, rock condition, and available system configuration must also be reviewed.
N100 and SD10 configurations use a Convex-Concave Face. Their Gauge Button arrangements range from 12ר19 mm to 16ר19 mm, while the Front Button arrangements change according to diameter. N100 uses Domed buttons and SD10 uses Spherical buttons.
DHD1120, N125, and SD12 configurations also use a Convex-Concave Face. Their Gauge Button arrangements range from 15ר20 mm to 24ר20 mm, with diameter-specific Front Button arrangements. DHD1120 and N125 use Domed buttons, while SD12 uses Spherical buttons.
SD15 configurations use a Concave Face and Spherical buttons. Their Gauge Button arrangements vary between 18ר18 mm, 21ר18 mm, and 24ר18 mm according to diameter, while the listed Front Button arrangement is 18ר18 mm.
Gauge Buttons, Front Buttons, Button Shape, and other listed specifications should be confirmed from the exact parameter row rather than applied generally to every diameter or Shank.
Bit Shank matching does not mean that every bit is automatically compatible with every hammer of a similar nominal size. The exact hammer model, Bit Shank, selected bit diameter, confirmed hammer hole range, and working conditions must be checked together.
The current confirmed hammer data includes N100 with a NUMA100 Shank and Ø254–311 mm hole range, SD10 with an SD10 Shank and Ø254–311 mm hole range, DHD1120 with a DHD1120 Shank and Ø295–400 mm hole range, SD12 with an SD12 Shank and Ø295–400 mm hole range, and N125 with a NUMA125 Shank and Ø330–400 mm hole range.
For N100 and SD10, the listed 254, 275, and 305 mm bits fall within the current confirmed hammer ranges. The 325, 350, and 400 mm configurations require separate technical confirmation.
For DHD1120 and SD12, the listed 305, 311, 325, 350, 381, and 400 mm bits fall within the current confirmed hammer ranges. The 445 and 500 mm configurations require separate technical confirmation.
For N125, the listed 350, 381, and 400 mm bits fall within the current confirmed hammer range. The 305, 311, 325, 445, and 500 mm configurations require separate technical confirmation.
SD15 is not included in the current confirmed 10-15 inch DTH hammer table. Its listed configurations must therefore be reviewed separately against the actual hammer model, Bit Shank, required diameter, drilling system, drawing, sample, or project requirement.
To confirm a suitable 10-15 inch DTH bit, provide the following information:
Hammer Model — The exact DTH hammer model currently used or required.
Bit Shank — The required N100, SD10, DHD1120, N125, SD12, or SD15 configuration.
Diameter — The required bit diameter and finished hole diameter in millimeters.
Drilling Application — The intended mining, quarrying, water-well, construction, foundation, or other drilling application.
Rock Condition — The rock formation, abrasiveness, and other relevant ground conditions.
For replacement orders, also provide the current bit model or marking and clear photos, drawings, or a sample where available. This information allows MSD to review the Shank, diameter, parameter configuration, and hammer matching before the final configuration is confirmed.
MSD is a China-based manufacturer of rock drilling tools supplying DTH hammers, DTH drill bits, drilling components, and related products.
MSD supports configuration review based on the required diameter, hammer model, Bit Shank, drilling application, and working conditions, helping buyers identify configurations that require additional technical confirmation before ordering.
