10-15 Inch DTH BITS

10-15 Inch DTH BITS

Explore MSD 10-15 inch DTH bits with N100, SD10, DHD1120, N125, SD12, and SD15 shanks in confirmed 254–610 mm diameters for configuration selection.

Product Descriptions

MSD supplies 10-15 inch DTH bits with N100, SD10, DHD1120, N125, SD12, and SD15 Bit Shank configurations. The current parameter range covers confirmed bit diameters from 254 to 610 mm. Available diameters, face designs, gauge-button arrangements, front-button arrangements, button shapes, spline counts, and weights vary according to the selected Shank and diameter. Final selection should therefore be based on the exact hammer model, required Bit Shank, target diameter, and drilling conditions rather than the nominal inch classification alone.

Frequently Asked
Questions

The current parameter table covers confirmed bit diameters from 254 to 610 mm. N100 and SD10 are listed in 254, 275, 305, 325, 350, and 400 mm diameters; DHD1120, N125, and SD12 are listed in 305, 311, 325, 350, 381, 400, 445, and 500 mm diameters; and SD15 is listed in 444, 508, 559, and 610 mm diameters. Not every Shank is available in every diameter.
The current Bit Shank options are N100, SD10, DHD1120, N125, SD12, and SD15. Each Shank has its own listed diameter range and parameter configuration, so the required Shank must be confirmed against the exact hammer model or existing drilling system.
Confirm the exact hammer model, required Bit Shank, selected bit diameter, confirmed hammer hole range, and working conditions. A matching Shank or similar nominal size does not automatically confirm complete compatibility. Configurations outside the current confirmed hammer range, including the listed SD15 configurations, require separate technical review.
MSD can review DTH bit configurations for mining, quarrying, water-well, construction, foundation, and other drilling applications. Final selection depends on the required diameter, hammer model, Bit Shank, rock condition, drill string, rig, and complete drilling-system requirements.
Provide the exact hammer model, required bit diameter and finished hole diameter, required Bit Shank, drilling application, rock formation, and quantity. For replacement orders, also provide the current bit model or marking and clear photos, drawings, or a sample where available.
